AWS Security Review
A manual, expert-led review of your existing AWS environment, normally completed in three to five days.
I review the environment with your team and examine the controls that matter: identity, networking, logging, data protection, resilience, account structure and security services. The work is observational by default. I will not deploy scanners, make changes or run intrusive tooling without your explicit permission.

AWS Security Architecture Review
A focused three-day security architecture engagement for a custom application or solution being built on AWS.
The review can take place before build, while the design can still be changed economically, or after installation to identify gaps between the intended architecture and the deployed environment. I work with your architects, developers and operations team to test assumptions and turn security requirements into practical design decisions.

Private & Local AI Installation
The platform can run on physical hardware in your office—including an air-gapped environment—or within your own AWS account, as I have done here. Deployments are designed to be understandable, repeatable and supportable, using Terraform and/or Docker Compose where appropriate.

SIMPLE, TRANSPARENT PRICING
A senior consultant, priced by the day.
The applicable rate is agreed before work starts. A short initial conversation is free and is normally enough to confirm scope, timing and the likely total fee.
Indicative fees: the three-day architecture review is £1,500 or £1,800. A three-to-five-day AWS Security Review is £1,500–£2,500 or £1,800–£3,000. Local AI installations are scoped first and billed at the applicable daily rate. Any travel, hardware, cloud usage or third-party software costs are agreed separately before they are incurred.
